What happens to call recordings?
On Starter and up, recordings land in a secure archive with the retention you choose — 90 days included, with upgrades to one or three years. Line is voice + text only (no archive).
Is payment required at checkout?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe — Line has $0 setup; fuller plans may include setup plus the first month. Ongoing billing runs on the 1st. Manage plans and cards in /portal/.
